Most common iPhone repairs — screens, batteries, charging ports — are done the same day. Less common models or colors may need a part ordered first; we always confirm timing upfront before you commit.

On certain iPhone models, replacing a screen or other part can disable Face ID or True Tone or trigger a non-genuine-part notification — that's an Apple restriction, not a fault in the workmanship. If your repair carries this risk, we tell you before we start so you can decide.

Every part we install is covered by a 90-day parts warranty: if the part we installed proves defective within 90 days, we replace it at no additional charge for the part. The warranty covers the installed part only — not new accidental damage or liquid exposure. And if we can't fix your iPhone, you don't pay for the repair.
