Yes — we're fully mobile. We come to your home, office, or wherever's convenient across Sugar Hill, Buford, and Suwanee. No driving to a store, no waiting room. Outside those three? Call us — we do travel further.

It depends on your exact model and what's wrong, so we quote every job individually — and the quote is always free. Tell us your model through the quote form or text (404) 227-4615, and we'll send back an exact price in minutes. You approve it before any work begins, and if we can't fix it, you don't pay.

Most common repairs — screens, batteries, charging ports — are done the same visit, usually within the hour, right in front of you. More complex jobs get a clear timeline up front before we start.

Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on the parts we install. If a part we installed fails under normal use within 90 days, we replace it. It does not cover new physical or liquid damage after the repair.

Then you don't pay for the attempt — no fix, no fee. We'll also tell you honestly if a repair isn't worth it rather than charging you for a dead end. The one exception is liquid damage, where a cleaning fee can apply even if the device can't be saved — and we always tell you that cost before we start.

Absolutely. Your privacy is treated with the same care as the repair itself. We never access your personal data, and most repairs don't require your passcode at all.

You pay once the repair is done and working — not before. We'll confirm accepted payment methods when you book.
