Can you guarantee my device will be saved?
No — and be wary of anyone who says yes. Liquid damage is diagnostic by nature: corrosion can spread across the board over hours, days, or weeks, and damage isn't always visible at first. Many devices do come back after professional board-level cleaning. We tell you what we find and what's realistic before going further.
What does water damage service cost?
We quote the diagnostic before we start — the quote itself is free. A diagnostic and cleaning fee may apply to liquid-damage work even if full recovery isn't possible, because the cleaning and diagnostic labor is performed regardless of outcome. We're upfront about this before you commit.
Can you recover my photos and data?
We give your data the best possible chance, but recovery from a liquid-damaged device can never be guaranteed. If the device can be brought back even temporarily, backing up your data is the first priority. This is also your reminder: back up your devices now, while they're healthy.
Is water damage repair covered by your warranty?
Liquid-damage work is not covered by our standard 90-day parts warranty, because corrosion can continue to develop after the repair. Any parts we install during other repairs carry the normal 90-day parts warranty.
